Pomora is the first Voice-Automated Pomodoro bot. By automating the entire focus-break cycle through voice channel detection, we help study communities stay productive with minimal friction.
Installation & Setup
1. Invite & Authorize
Add Pomora to your server with the required permissions to manage voice and messages.
2. Mandatory Configuration
Pomora requires explicit designation of your study room to begin tracking sessions:
NOTE: Tracking will not start until this is set.
The Pomora Cycle
Once configured, Pomora operates with zero daily maintenance.
Seamless Activation
When the first student joins the configured channel, Pomora starts the focus timer immediately.
Focus & Break Transitions
Cycles through 50m Focus and 10m Break (default). Plays high-fidelity chimes and voice alerts during transitions.
Session Persistence
The timer continues until the current Focus or Break period ends, even if everyone leaves the room momentarily.
Smart Cleanup
If the room remains empty after a stage completes, the bot gracefully resets and waits for the next session.

Common Questions
Why isn't the bot working in my VC?
Ensure you have used /config channels study #channel. Pomora strictly monitors explicitly configured channels for precision tracking.
Do members keep their time if they disconnect?
Yes. Pomora logs session data every time a stage (Focus/Break) completes, either when the timer ends or when you leave.
What is Ghost Session?
If everyone leaves the voice channel, the timer CONTINUES running until the current stage ends (e.g. 25m Focus), allowing you to rejoin without losing progress.
